Who am I?

That’s a question that’s asked a lot in coaching and maybe it’s what you’re asking yourself.

I'm a coach with over 15 years experience of helping people discover their potential and go further than they thought possible. Working with individuals as well as teams to improve confidence, trust, communication and to achieve those goals that seem impossible.

After many years working as a coach, I decided to go to HEC Paris and am now a certified Global Executive Coach. I love learning and developing myself, so I've trained with AndreasNLP and am now a certified Coach in Core Transformation. And I’m continuing to hone my skills in Clean Coaching with CleanLearning.

How I work

I provide coaching services to people who have reached a point in their lives where they are unable to find the solution to their problems or make the decision(s) that will help them move forward.

Unlike training or mentoring I provide no advice. Unlike therapy I don’t focus on the past and the ‘Why’. Instead, using ‘Clean Coaching’ among other tools, I help you, the coachee, find the solution within yourself. Together, we explore existing external and internal resources enabling you to build new solutions for yourself. This way you have robust, reusable resources you feel comfortable deploying in the future. It also provides you with a framework that you can use to solve other problems you encounter.

In practice this means I work with you to explore your problem from a number of angles, providing a safe space to explore desired outcomes. Once you have identified a solution that you are happy with and is achievable, the next step is to develop an action plan to get there. In this way all accountability is with you - you have devised the solution and created an action plan to put in place.

At the beginning of the coaching cycle, you may well be Problem/Remedy oriented. As we explore and develop your resources this orientation naturally moves to a Desired Outcome focus, enabling you to achieve what you want rather than fixing problems.
